Is the bladder BPA-free?
Yes. It's the one spec worth checking on anything you're going to drink out of on a hot day, so we'll say it plainly: BPA-free.
Will it bounce while I'm running?
Not if it's fitted right. There are six adjustment points — quick-release buckles on both sides with pull tabs you can tighten on the move, plus two adjusters over the shoulders. Pull them in until there's no gap between the vest and your chest. If it's bouncing, it's too loose.
What size is it?
One size, fitting a 75–115cm chest. That's a wide range because the side straps and shoulder adjusters do most of the work. Measure across the widest part of your chest, arms down, over whatever you'd normally run in.
Can I adjust it while I'm running?
Yes — that's what the side pull tabs are for. Tighten them one-handed without stopping, which is useful as the bladder empties and the load shifts.
How many pockets?
Four, plus the bladder compartment on the back. The front pack takes a phone, keys and cards; the mesh pockets take gels and bars and are reachable at pace without breaking stride.
How long will it take to arrive?

Will it chafe?
Any vest will if it's loose enough to move — chafing is almost always a fit problem rather than a fabric one. Tighten it properly and it shouldn't. On long runs a base layer underneath handles most of what's left.
Can I use it for cycling or hiking?
Yes. It's built around running, but the load sits close enough to the body to work on a bike or on a long walk. Anything where you want water without a rucksack.
How do I clean it?
Hand wash cool, no detergent on the mesh, air dry away from direct heat. Rinse the bladder after every use and hang it open to dry — that's what stops it going stale. A machine wash breaks down the elastic and the fabric coating faster than anything else you'll do to it.
What if it doesn't fit?
Send it back within 30 days for a full refund. Try it on indoors first — once it's been out on a muddy run we can't resell it.
